Synopsis

Claire Leonelli has taken over the "Vampire" mafia group in Judoh after his father's death. To combat Claire and other criminals, the city's Bureau of Urban Safety deploys two operatives: Daisuke Aurora and a mysterious super android called "J." Since androids are supposedly illegal in the city, J's true identity is kept under wraps. Together, they've managed to keep crime pretty tightly controlled in Judoh.
