Synopsis

Two transfer students, Mitsuhashi Takashi and Itou Shinji, are fed up with being nobodies. When they land at a new school, they see their chance to completely reinvent themselves—by becoming delinquents. Problem is, they're total opposites. Itou's got a strict moral code while Mitsuhashi's basically a troublemaker at heart, so they clash immediately. But they eventually warm up to each other and become best friends. Now this unlikely duo is dead set on becoming the baddest delinquents in the entire country, getting into all kinds of wild situations along the way.
