Synopsis

A new school year means a fresh start for Kitauji High School's concert band. With the third-year students graduating, a wave of first-years joins the group, and suddenly everyone's focused on one goal: making it to nationals. Kumiko Oumae, now a second-year, finds herself navigating the clash between the returning members and these new, eccentric freshmen. Friction's inevitable when you're mixing experience with raw energy. As they work through rehearsals, the band members gradually open up about what's really bothering them—but some problems don't have easy fixes. The trust and relationships within the band get seriously tested as regionals approach, forcing everyone to figure out if they're actually on the same page.
