Synopsis

Chitose Fujinomiya starts out rich but loses everything when her father dies and leaves behind massive debts. Kicked out of her fancy private school, she's left with basically nothing—just the clothes she's wearing and Gyopi-chan, a pink goldfish that's the last thing her dad left her. Completely lost and desperate, she collapses near Country Jr. High School, a run-down place where the students are rough around the edges but genuinely nice, and farm animals casually hang out on campus and even sit in on classes. Once she recovers and enrolls there, Chitose immediately clashes with the whole vibe—she's used to wealth and luxury, so the poverty and scruffiness of the place completely throws her off. Despite her dramatic change in circumstances, her snobbish attitude doesn't budge an inch.
