Synopsis

In 2029, Scrooge breaks out of a research facility where he'd been held as a test subject. Genetic experiments have completely altered his body, and he's developed psychic powers—which he uses to take down anyone sent after him. He eventually crosses paths with Carol, another escaped subject. When three psychic hunters close in on them both, Carol asks Scrooge to use his right arm to pull a weapon out of her body.
