Synopsis

Nobita discovers a tiny rocket containing Papi, a small alien who fled his home planet Pirika to escape the PCIA military. At first, Doraemon and the gang are thrown off by how small Papi is, but using the Small Light gadget, they shrink down to hang out with him. Things get complicated when a whale-shaped battleship shows up chasing after Papi and starts attacking them. Feeling guilty for dragging everyone into his mess, Papi decides to fight back against the PCIA forces. Determined to help both Papi and his planet, Doraemon and his friends end up traveling to Pirika themselves.
