Synopsis

Cid Kagenou jumps at the chance to visit the Lawless City with his sister Claire, drawn by tales of hidden treasure. The city's run by three rulers: Yukime the Spirit Fox, Juggernaut the Tyrant, and Elisabeth, a vampire progenitor known as the Blood Queen. While Claire sees hunting Elisabeth as her shot to prove herself, Cid's got his own agenda—ditch Claire when she's not looking, grab as much loot as he can, and engineer some perfect moment for Shadow to make a dramatic appearance. When Elisabeth starts waking up, her subordinate Crimson kicks off a dangerous scheme that throws the whole city into chaos. Claire goes searching for her missing brother and teams up with Mary, a vampire hunter, and the two of them race to Crimson Tower where the Blood Queen sleeps. At the same time, Beta and some Shadow Garden operatives show up in the city. With everyone converging on Crimson Tower, everything's about to collide under a crimson moon.
