Synopsis

Minoru Kagenou's been obsessed with getting stronger for as long as he can remember. He trains constantly, but not because he wants glory or recognition—he actually goes out of his way to stay under the radar. By day he's just another unremarkable student, but at night he's out there with a crowbar, beating down biker gangs. His whole thing is staying invisible while becoming unstoppable. That all changes when he gets hit by a truck. In what should be his last moments, Minoru realizes the bitter truth: no amount of training can overcome human limitations. Except he doesn't die. Instead, he wakes up as Cid, the second son of the Kagenou family, reincarnated in a world where magic is real. Suddenly he has the power he always wanted. Cid decides to play the hero, adopting the alias "Shadow" and founding Shadow Garden—an organization dedicated to taking down the Cult of Diablos, some mysterious evil organization that. well, he basically made up. The thing is, as Shadow Garden starts recruiting members and gaining real influence, Cid begins to realize that the Cult of Diablos might actually exist. And it might be a problem.
