Synopsis

At Rikkyouin High School, the Student Council gets chosen by lottery every year. On the first day of school, Chihiro Enomoto draws the presidency ticket while his childhood friend Tokino Akiyama becomes vice president. The problem? They're not actually taking over right away. Instead, they have to spend a whole year training under the current council, and if they mess up even one assigned task—no matter how small—they're getting kicked out of school entirely.
