Velonica has traveled across the galaxy from the planet Metrotopia to Earth on a straightforward mission: negotiate with Earth's leader to install a massive antenna that would connect the planet to the Galaxy Network. Things get complicated fast. She quickly realizes Earth doesn't have one unified leader, and the inhabitants are obsessed with bizarre, seemingly illogical activities.
