Synopsis

Bocchi Gotou is a lonely, socially awkward guitarist who dreams of making friends and playing in a band. Her life changes when she meets Nijika Ijichi, an energetic drummer who recruits her for Kessoku Band after their guitarist suddenly bails before their debut show. Shortly after, Bocchi joins bassist Ryou Yamada, rounding out the lineup. Their first performance is rough, but the four of them discover something special in making music together. When Kita eventually rejoins the group, the band finds their groove. From there, Bocchi and the others throw themselves into getting better as musicians while just trying to enjoy their time together in high school.
