Synopsis

Adjust Wrench is a hot-headed competitor on the Boltechs team in the Fight League, a tournament where teams battle using customized weapons called Gadgets until one side's completely eliminated. The Boltechs have been treading water though—they win about as often as they lose. Desperate to level up, Wrench installs a mysterious chip her grandfather left behind into her Gadget. The move backfires spectacularly, summoning an absurdly powerful girl who calls herself Mona Chrome. With Chrome on their side, the Boltechs suddenly start climbing the rankings. But as rival teams get stronger and push back harder, questions start mounting about who Chrome really is and where her power actually comes from.
