Synopsis

Hiromi Oka enrolls at a prestigious high school known for its competitive tennis program, inspired by the opera Madama Butterfly. She'd planned to just have fun playing tennis with her best friend Maki, but everything shifts when the new coach, Mr. Munakata, spots her potential and recruits her for an upcoming tournament. What follows is intense training—the kind that pushes Hiromi to her limits. But she keeps at it, and as the lessons get tougher, so does she. Eventually, her hard work pays off and she qualifies to represent her school in the junior tournament.
