It's the year 038 of the New Cosmic Century when everything goes wrong. An alien force called the Orbital Ring System launches a devastating attack on humanity, and things escalate fast. Earth and its civilization get completely isolated from the space colonies and fall under ORS control. With normal channels of resistance shut down, humanity's only hope lies with Hayabusha Jetter and his crew of space pirates and smugglers. They're the only ones crazy or skilled enough to punch through ORS defenses and fight back.
