Synopsis

Justy Ueki Tylor is your average twenty-year-old slacker—lazy, greedy, and obsessed with women. His master plan? Land a cushy gig with the United Planets Space Force that pays the bills and keeps him far away from all the brutal warfare happening across the galaxy. But then everything goes sideways. Tylor accidentally stumbles into a hostage crisis, and through sheer dumb luck and a chain of ridiculous accidents, he actually manages to save everyone. As a reward, he gets promoted to captain of the Soyokaze—a beat-up old space cruiser that's seen better days. Now Tylor's stuck commanding a crew of unhinged mercenaries, hotshot pilots, cynical officers, and angry superiors while trying to stay one step ahead of the Holy Raalgon Empire and their endless pursuit. It's not exactly the boring, comfortable life he was hoping for. What kind of chaos is Captain Tylor going to stumble into next?
