Synopsis

Kouichi Sakakibari returns to class 3-3 at Yomiyama North Junior High after missing the first month due to illness. He quickly finds himself drawn to Mei Misaki, a quiet girl with an eyepatch he'd met in the hospital. There's just one problem: nobody else seems to see her. His classmates warn him to stay away from things that don't exist, but he befriends her anyway—and that's when he learns why they were so afraid. There's a curse hanging over class 3-3, tied to something that happened to a former student. Nobody wants to explain the details, but Kouichi becomes obsessed with uncovering the truth, especially since it seems connected to Mei. As strange deaths begin piling up around the class, Kouichi and Mei team up with their classmates to solve the mystery. But answers come with a serious cost.
