Initial Section of Fourth Season After racking up wins across Tochigi, Saitama, and Ibaraki, Project D—an underground racing crew headed by the sharp-minded ex-street racer Ryousuke Takahashi—is ready to move up. Takumi Fujiwara and Keisuke Takahashi have proven themselves in the countryside, but now they're heading to Kanagawa, the actual epicenter of street racing culture. It's a step up in every way. Kanagawa's best teams aren't taking this lightly. They've cooked up a coordinated defensive strategy they're calling the "Four Lines of Defense," specifically designed to stop Project D in their tracks and end this whole run.
