Synopsis

Riki-Oh is a guy with superhuman strength who kills a yakuza boss after the man murders his girlfriend. For this, he gets thrown into a maximum security prison run by a private corporation. The prison is split into four separate blocks, each controlled by one member of a group called the Gang of Four. Hai, a tattooed knife fighter, runs the first block like a mob family operation. The second block belongs to a massive, super-strong guy (called Tarzan in the live-action version). The third is controlled by Huang Chaun, an effeminate fighter who's also cultivating opium inside the prison. The last member is a small guy who fights with sewing needles as weapons.
