Synopsis

The girls of Ousui Academy's student council are totally into their crush, Kouki Narumi. But when he's not around, things get interesting. The council itself is a pretty fun group: Kaoruko Rokuonji, the otaku president; the stubborn Ashe Rufflette Sakuragi; Toa Narumi, a quiet coder; and her best friend Mihiro Miyase, who's basically always up to something. Wagamama High Spec basically follows these four as they goof around at school and around town, getting themselves into all kinds of funny and sometimes borderline situations.
