Synopsis

Giuseppe is a young man who tends to get completely absorbed in whatever catches his interest. Because of this, the townspeople call him "Toristukare Otoko." One day, he falls in love at first sight with a girl named Pechka, who sells balloons but seems to carry a quiet sadness.
