Synopsis

Eleven-year-old Persia grew up among the animals on the Serengeti and comes to Japan to live with Riki and Gaku Muroi, twin brothers, and their grandfather Gouken. She moves in with a couple who run a grocery store—Persia calls them Mama and Papa. During the flight to Japan, she encounters the Fairy Queen in a dream realm called the Lovely Dream, who tells her the world is freezing over and needs her help. The Queen gives Persia a magical headband that lets her transform into a teenage girl and summon a magical baton, officially linking her to the Lovely Dream and granting her magical powers. Persia's sent back to the real world alongside three kappa with one job: collect love energy to save the frozen Lovely Dream. There's a catch though—if she fails or anyone discovers her using magic, Riki and Gaku will be turned into women.
