Synopsis

Thirteen-year-old Karin Hanazono has it rough. Her parents died years ago, leaving her stuck with an aunt who constantly criticizes her grades and calls her useless. Her only real companion, her cat Shii-chan, recently passed away too. The one thing she has left of her parents is a ring her mother gave her—it's basically all she has to hold onto. Everything changes when Karin meets Himeka and Kazune Kuujou. Himeka's a cute girl who lost her parents like Karin did, and Kazune is her cousin, though he's not exactly thrilled about helping her search for a goddess. The moment they're near Karin, her mother's ring starts glowing intensely, filling her with power—suddenly she's smarter, faster, and can grant wishes. Turns out the ring has been dormant this whole time, and it actually makes her the goddess they've been looking for. Now that she's awakened to what she can do, she's got a target on her back. Others are going to want that power for themselves.
