Synopsis

Humanity's been dying out for generations. Birth rates have plummeted so badly that there are barely any people left, and the survivors just make do with whatever technology and resources the old world left behind. Earth's pretty much run by fairies now—tiny creatures with insanely advanced tech, an addiction to candy, and absolutely zero concern for human lives. A young woman fresh out of school heads back to her hometown and gets assigned as a UN arbitrator between humans and fairies. Sounds straightforward: keep the peace, make sure both species can coexist. Except the fairies keep causing chaos while chasing their candy obsession, and dealing with their collateral damage turns out to be way harder than she bargained for.
