Synopsis

A small population of humans called Attractors have awakened to strange powers—and society isn't happy about it. A shadowy organization called Custos sees them as threats and deploys cyborg soldiers from WTOC to hunt them down before they become dangerous or cause chaos. But there's a resistance. Hidden inside the theme park Fantasium Garden, a group of Attractors fights back against Custos, determined to keep their kind from being wiped out. Led by the relentlessly optimistic Quon Mitsuchi, they wage brutal battles against WTOC in a desperate bid for survival.
