Synopsis

Three years after the Babylon Project falls apart, Kiichi Gotou's still running the Patlabor unit with Shinobu Nagumo, who's also his romantic interest. A terrorist cell embedded in the military starts staging attacks across Japan, exploiting public distrust of the Self-Defense Force. When Nagumo discovers the operation's ringleader is Yukihito Tsuge—her former mentor and ex-lover—things get personal fast. Gotou brings his old team back together, with ace pilot Noa Izumi leading the charge. Now Nagumo has to work through her complicated history with Tsuge if they're going to stop him and prevent the country from falling into chaos.
