Synopsis

Fifteen-year-old Hana Tabata has already accepted that high school romance isn't in the cards for her. Sure, she loves shoujo manga, flowers, and cute things, but let's be real—she sees herself as a background character. A bit chubby, round-faced, glasses-wearing, freckled. not exactly the type that gets noticed. Then she accidentally befriends Yousuke Ueno, a genuinely sweet and charming guy in her class, and suddenly everything shifts. As Hana tries to make sense of these new feelings about their unexpected friendship, she has no idea that the love story she's been dreaming about is already happening.
