Synopsis

Miwa Kurushima and her colleague Yukari Higuchi are tasked with finding a bartender for Hotel Cardinal's prestigious counter bar. There's just one catch—the hotel chairman wants someone capable of making the legendary "Glass of God." The problem is, Miwa doesn't really know what that means, so her search keeps hitting dead ends as candidate after candidate fails to impress. Meanwhile, tucked away in the quieter corners of Ginza's busy streets sits Eden Hall, a small bar run by Ryuu Sasakura. He's a naturally gifted mixologist with an almost supernatural ability to know exactly what drink will help his customers through whatever they're dealing with. Every cocktail he makes comes with genuine care, and he's become a source of comfort for all kinds of people. When the hotel chairman stumbles into Eden Hall and experiences Ryuu's skills firsthand, he's hooked. He decides Ryuu is exactly who he needs and becomes a regular, pushing hard to get him to jump ship to Hotel Cardinal. Despite Miwa's efforts to help seal the deal, recruiting this particular bartender turns out to be a lot tougher than anyone anticipated.
