Delico's Nursery
Serial murders are tearing through vampire society, and every crime scene leaves behind the same calling card: a note signed "True of Vamp"—supposedly the name of the first vampire ever created. The Vlad Agency, a shadowy intelligence outfit, recruits the legendary aristocrat Dali Delico to head up the investigation. Dali turns them down flat. He's got kids now and wants to focus on raising them. His old partners—Gerhard Fra, Henrique Lorca, and Dino Classico—won't take no for an answer, so they work out a compromise: if Dali leads the task force, the other three agree to bring their own children along and help with childcare. Dali's mansion quickly transforms into part nursery, part command center for four vampire nobles juggling fatherhood and murder investigations. As they dig into the case, a dangerous criminal syndicate emerges from the shadows—one Dali has tangled with before—with plans that could bring vampire society crashing down.
