Synopsis

Things have settled down since the second movie, but then a mysterious icon starts popping up on screens everywhere—computers, phones, TVs, anything connected online. It's searching for someone specific: Taichi and Yamato, the two kids who took it down years ago. Turns out it's Diablomon, that jellyfish virus Digimon from the second film. Except this time it's figured out how to become physical, and it's flooding the real world with thousands of copies of itself. Koushiro and Ken come up with a plan to wipe out the virus for good, but they're going to need every Chosen Child—old and new—to pull it off. It becomes a race against time to stop Diablomon's scheme, though there's more going on than meets the eye. The big question: can Omegamon's return take down Diablomon a second time? Or will having millions of copies give it the edge it needs to overpower the "Champion of Justice"? And Diablomon hasn't reckoned with the newest batch of Chosen or their new abilities. It all comes down to one final battle, with Tokyo's survival on the line.
