The King of the Flower Planet is dying, and his successor can't claim the throne without the legendary Seven Color Flower—a symbol of royal power. Two angels, Cateau and Noveau, are dispatched to Earth to locate the Flower Girl: a young woman descended from both humans and Flower Angels, an ancient race that once lived there. They track down Lunlun in France and persuade her to join their quest. Along the way, she experiences both the kindness and cruelty of humans and Flower Angels alike, particularly encountering the scheming Togenishia and her accomplice Boris.
