Synopsis

Patty Lowell, a missing heir from a wealthy family, turns up at an orphanage. When J.D. Morrison hears about it, he reaches out to his contact Dante—a demon hunter who runs a business called Devil May Cry and takes whatever jobs come his way. Morrison asks Dante to bodyguard Patty and see her home safely. Dante's not thrilled about babysitting duty, but he takes the gig anyway. Underneath his lazy exterior, Dante's actually one of the best demon hunters around, which proves useful pretty fast once demons start chasing after Patty. As the situation escalates, Dante figures out there's more going on than a simple escort mission. He'll need to use everything he's got to keep her alive.
