Synopsis

ACCA's new leadership is gearing up to celebrate their first anniversary, and Jean Otus from the inspection department gets sent around the Kingdom of Dowa to make sure all the districts are ready for the big event. But there's tension beneath the surface—while Jean figures things are stable enough, his colleague Parrot is convinced another coup is brewing, and Jean can't really take his paranoia seriously. On top of juggling festival preparations, Jean barely has time for his younger sister Lotta, who's clearly dealing with something but won't talk about it. Their mutual friend Niino steps in and tries to help her out. Jean's got to navigate this awkward balance: reassuring Parrot that everything's fine while waiting for Lotta to actually tell him what's going on.
