Synopsis

The Emperor's wife has vanished, and Master Shen convinces him that collecting all seven dragon balls will let him summon the eternal dragon to bring her back. At the same time, Goku and Krillin compete in the World Martial Arts Tournament hosted by the Emperor himself. Elsewhere, Bora and his son Upa are trying to keep a dragon ball they found hidden from the Emperor's troops—who answer to the sinister Shen and General Tao. Meanwhile, Bulma is out hunting for dragon balls too, joined by Yamcha, Puar, and Oolong.
