Synopsis

In Shikizakura, cherry blossoms bloom alongside autumn leaves in a place where the human world and the spirit realm blur together. This is where a desperate ritual to save humanity kicks off. Kakeru Miwa is just a high school student who gets unexpectedly thrown into a power suit team. Their job? Fight Oni—supernatural beings that possess humans and refuse to let go of the living world. The only thing that can stop them is Yoroi, a power suit that blends ancient magic with modern tech. Kakeru joins up to become a real hero, determined to protect Ouka Myoujin, a shrine maiden who's been chosen to save the world. As the Shikizakura season unfolds and Ouka performs her shrine maiden dances amid the surreal mix of autumn and spring, the action begins. It's a collision of past and future, spirit and human, where desires and reality finally meet.
