Rainy Day Serenade
Namidaame to Serenade
Hina Katagiri has always had these recurring dreams on rainy days—memories of herself as a kid playing with some boy she can't quite place. She figures it's just nostalgia, nothing real. Now in high school, she's busy with club activities and focused on keeping safe her great-grandmother's necklace, an heirloom that means everything to her. Then one day at school, Hina suddenly gets transported to the mansion grounds of a guy named Takaaki Hongou. He assumes she's his fiancée, Hinako Kitamine, and since Hina thinks she's dreaming anyway, she just goes along with it. But when the actual Hinako shows up, reality hits hard—Hina's somehow ended up in 1907. To make things worse, she's lost her necklace at the Hongou house. With Hinako's help, Hina keeps up the disguise to stay close to Takaaki and search for her necklace. The problem is, she starts catching feelings for him. And the longer she stays, the less sure she becomes about whether she'll ever make it back home.
