Tamaki's an elementary school kid whose dad, Dr. Yagiyama, is basically obsessed with penguins. Like, he won't shut up about them, which has made Tamaki hate the things. So her dad decides to fix this by creating a penguin-like android named Minori. Now Tamaki and Minori team up to run around the neighborhood dealing with whatever chaos her dad's penguin obsession ends up causing.
