Synopsis

In the kingdom of Xoana, Lina Inverse and Gourry Gabriev run into their old friends Zelgadis Graywords and Princess Amelia Wil Tesla Saillune. The reunion doesn't last long before they're dealing with the king and his daughter's scheme for world domination—which they shut down pretty easily. It turns out Zelgadis has been searching for the Claire Bible, a legendary magical tome, because he's desperate to find a way to turn himself back into a human. The others want in on the quest despite his objections. When they're trying to figure out where to even begin, they meet a mysterious priest named Xellos, who offers to help them track it down.
