Synopsis

In a world where angels, demons, and supernatural creatures live alongside humans, there's Neil Bowman—a demon with a problem. He's obsessed with human culture and physically incapable of doing evil, which makes him a pretty terrible demon. So he bails on Hell and heads to Earth. He crashes at the place of Ira Blood, a vampire he knows from online, who's got a packed apartment. Neil was hoping to finally hang around some actual humans, but surprise: literally none of his new roommates are human. There's Ira obviously, plus Lynn Angel (the uptight angel landlord), her younger sister Lily (who literally fell out of Heaven), Abu (a mummy who doesn't talk), and Vladimir Eliot Kirilenko (a werewolf assigned to keep tabs on Neil). Here's the thing nobody knows yet—not even Neil: he's actually got the powers of the Demon King. How's that gonna shake things up in Apartment 1031 on All Saints Street?
