Synopsis

Building on the earlier OVAs, this series follows a group of fifth-graders as they navigate the transition from childhood to their teen years. It's basically slice-of-life stuff—their games, dumb jokes, and all the awkward confusion that comes with first crushes. Ryota Satou is our main guy, but honestly, his friends are just as crucial to the whole dynamic. The girls in particular might seem more mature than their age would suggest, but they're every bit as childish and chaotic as the boys—maybe even more so.
