Flum Apricot was never supposed to be a hero. She's got nothing going for her—literally zero stats and a useless power she can't even activate. Yet somehow she ends up joining a party of actual heroes anyway. Things get worse when Jean Inteige, the party's famous sage, decides Flum's just dead weight and sells her into slavery. Left to be torn apart by monsters for kicks, Flum makes a desperate grab for a cursed weapon—and that's when everything changes. She awakens something dark inside herself.
