Synopsis

Akari Taiyou is an apprentice fortune teller living with her aunt, uncle, and cousin Fuyuna. She lost her mother young and only has her tarot deck and the dream of becoming a fortune teller like her mom was. One night, Akari dreams of being attacked by a plant monster, and in the dream, a stronger version of herself defeats it. She wakes up to discover the monster was actually Fuyuna. Somehow, though, Akari and her family completely forget Fuyuna ever existed. After another run-in with a similar monster, three magical girls rescue her: Ginka Shirokane, Seira Hoshikawa, and Luna Tsukuyomi. They introduce themselves as part of the Sefiro Fiore organization, which fights creatures called Daemonia using Elemental Tarot powers. Turns out Akari's a magical girl too—she's inherited her mother's power connected to The Sun card. But she quickly realizes Daemonia are actually possessed people, not pure monsters. That puts her in a tough spot: should she try to save what's left of their humanity, or destroy them completely? As Akari grapples with this dark responsibility, the bonds within her team and the organization itself start to crack under pressure from threats both outside and within their ranks.
