Rion gets duped into installing a chip in his racing car, Gun Bluster, by his mini-4wd company. The chip causes the car to race out of control, wreaking havoc on other racers and creating chaos wherever it goes. To stop it, Rion joins forces with the TRF Victorys to track down Gun Bluster and remove the chip. Working alongside fellow TRF members Retsu, Go Seiba, and Ryo Takaba—plus Ryo's little brother Jiromaru and their teammates Tokichi and J—Rion quickly discovers they're not alone in hunting Gun Bluster. Another association is also after the rogue car, but their motives remain unclear. Now united with their mini-4wds, the TRF crew and Rion race together to capture Gun Bluster, navigating obstacles and dodging traps along the way.
