Synopsis

High school student Gorou Ono gets a text one day promising to grant any wish. He takes the offer and uses it to live out some perverted fantasies with his classmate Sawa Honoka. Things get weird fast when a demon named Lall shows up to tell him he's now trapped in a game to decide the next God of the world. Sawa's in on it too—she immediately tries to kill him with a giant sword, making it clear this competition is deadly serious. Each player in the game gets a special power. Gorou's is called the Holy Book of the Fool, and it lets him kill Sawa, but there's a catch: using it makes his life progressively worse. As Gorou figures out what he's actually dealing with, he realizes he needs to find allies and master his ability before this power destroys him completely.
