Bakemonogatari
Koyomi Araragi, a third-year high school student, barely survives a vampire attack thanks to Meme Oshino, a mysterious drifter living in an abandoned building. He's saved from becoming a full vampire, but the experience leaves him with lingering side effects—superhuman healing and enhanced vision among them. He tries to keep his life as normal as possible, leaning on his friend and class president Tsubasa Hanekawa for support. Things get weird when Araragi catches Hitagi Senjougahara after she tumbles down the stairs, only to discover she weighs almost nothing. Against her wishes, he decides to help her and reaches out to Oshino again—the guy who pulled him out of his own supernatural mess. From there, Bakemonogatari becomes a series of stories about Araragi helping classmates deal with all kinds of supernatural problems, from demons to gods and everything in between.
