The four princes of Grannzreich—Kai, Bruno, Leonhard, and Licht—are competing for the throne with help from their tutor, Heine Wittgenstein. Heine is great at his job, but he's also kind of childlike, which keeps things interesting. When the king of neighboring Romano visits with his twin sons Ivan and Eugene, the Grannzreich princes try to make friends with them. It doesn't go well. The Romano twins immediately refuse to even talk to anyone they see as beneath them—meaning anyone who won't inherit a throne. The tension breaks when Heine reveals he'll be tutoring the Romano princes too while they're visiting. King Victor arranged it to help build a stronger relationship between the kingdoms through the next generation of rulers. So now Heine's got six royal kids to wrangle instead of four.
