Synopsis

Sayuri Haruno has her sights set on becoming a pâtissiere, and she's earned a competitive scholarship to Fleurir Confectionery Academy—an elite school dedicated to training top-tier pastry chefs. The instructors here are the real deal: Mitsuki Aoi, a charming guy known for his mastery of chocolate; Gilbert Hanafusa, a charismatic French expert in confectionery; and Yoshinosuke Suzumi, who's basically perfected Japanese sweets. Once Sayuri gets in, she's thrown into the deep end. She's surrounded by talented classmates and supportive teachers, which is great—but the workload is intense. She finds herself drawn to Ryou Kouzuki, another student with the same hunger to succeed and the same drive she has. As Sayuri navigates the demanding curriculum, her growing skills put her in a strong position to tackle whatever challenges come her way.
