Synopsis

Sakura Sakurakouji is cheerful and kind, but don't let that fool you—she's a serious martial artist with an unshakeable sense of justice. Everything changes when she witnesses people burning alive in blue flames on a bus ride home. She calls the police immediately, desperate to catch the killer, only to find that the crime scene has vanished without a trace. Then Rei Oogami shows up as a transfer student the next day, and Sakura's blood runs cold. He's the murderer she saw. Except he's not. He's charming, genuinely sweet, and everyone likes him instantly—which makes Sakura look crazy for accusing him of anything. She's forced to confront the truth: Rei is a Code Breaker, someone who technically doesn't exist, and he has powers that let him deal out justice his own way. His way being literal—an eye for an eye. Now Sakura's stuck. She can't let him keep killing people, but she also can't turn him in. So she shadows him, hoping she can steer him toward actual justice before his brand of vengeance claims more victims.
