Synopsis

Tenchi Masaki's normal life gets turned upside down when a space pirate named Ryouko Hakubi crashes her ship near his family temple. By saving her, he inadvertently sets off a chain reaction that brings a steady stream of alien women to his doorstep. There's Aeka, the princess of Jurai, along with her younger sister Sasami; two detectives from across the galaxy named Mihoshi and Kiyone, though Mihoshi's pretty scattered and Kiyone's the one who actually gets things done; and Washuu, a brilliant but eccentric mad scientist. All six women try their best to adjust to life on Earth, but their advanced alien tech and exotic habits clash badly with how things work here. The result? Constant chaos, and poor Tenchi gets caught in the middle of it all. Still, despite the headaches they cause him, Tenchi grows close to each of them. And through these relationships, he starts to understand who he really is and what his place is in the universe.
