Synopsis

Arrogant karate master Tadashi Sawamura steps into the kickboxing ring to show everyone he's the best—and gets his ass handed to him so badly he ends up in a coma. Once he recovers, his trainer Endo pushes him to learn kickboxing if he wants to get his reputation back. The story's inspired by the real-life career of kickboxing champion Tadashi Sawamura, though it takes some creative liberties with the actual events.
