Synopsis

Ash, Misty, and Brock take their Pokémon on a surprise summer vacation to Pokémon Plaza, a resort where Pokémon can hang out and relax outside their Poké Balls. While things are chaotic with so many Pokémon running around, Pikachu, Bulbasaur, and Squirtle keep trying to help settle down Misty's fussy Togepi and get it to sleep. Then a rowdy group of Pokémon—Raichu, Nidoqueen, Marill, and Cubone—shows up and wakes Togepi back up, basically ruining Pikachu's chance for a peaceful vacation.
